IFAC Athina presents No Es Amor Platonico, a performance installation by the Argentinian-Peruvian artist/curator Joaquin Goldstein.
Goldstein brings together the artwork of 12 American artists and himself to complete a mutant performance installation of chaotic proportions at IFAC Athina.
Other artists include: Rosario Camarasa (arg), Andrea Beteta (Perú), Ñiñi Soria(Perú), Matt Presutti(usa), Nina Bednarsky(usa), Ben Lipkin(usa), Pedro Cuevas (arg), Pablo Butteri(arg), Lee Wells(usa), and others.
The artwork consumes other pieces of art growing without control and devouring everything that gets in his way ... that's the love of the human, the artist ... this is not platonic love. The installation is the culmination of over five years of nomadic creative activities, appropriations, and acquisitions in the Americas and Europe. A variation of the artwork will continue to Platform Projects 2018 at the Athens School of Fine Arts on May 17-21st.
